Swindon's Longevity Games

The latest Longevity Games, launched by Tim Howe, took place on Sunday 13th September. Station Manager Shirley Ludford got up early on a Sunday, donned the right gear and headed off to Foundation Park, by Swindon Town Football ground, where 200 people of all abilities took part across the morning - 5 circuits of the track and various exercises.. to gain applause from other participants, a welcome bottle of water and a banana.

A great way to show what we can do, and encourage us to do more.
