Paul John Bodin is a Welsh former professional footballer and coach best known as an attacking left-back for clubs including Swindon Town, Crystal Palace, and Reading, earning 23 caps for Wales from 1990–1994. He scored Swindon’s winning goal in the 1993 play-off final but is equally remembered for a missed penalty in a decisive 1994 World Cup qualifier. Post-retirement, he managed Bath City and coached at Swindon, Southampton, Port Vale, and Wales U21.
