Support for MND Sufferers
With Prospect in Swindon

People with motor neurone disease (MND) in Swindon will continue to receive
dedicated, compassionate support thanks to a fouryear funding commitment from the
MND Association, delivered in partnership with Prospect Hospice.
The funding supports a dedicated MND Care Co-ordinator role, which provides
people with MND and their families with a consistent, trusted point of contact to help
them navigate a rapidly changing and complex condition.
Sally Hughes, Director of Services and Partnerships at the MND Association, said:
“Our MND Care Coordinator roles, which are funded by the MND Association and
delivered through local partners, provide wraparound support for people living with
this devastating disease, offering a trusted point of contact for individuals and
families as their needs change.”
