Ex Local Labour Councillor

Long-standing Labour Party member, ex Councillor and ex Swindon Mayor resigned from the Party live on SWINDON 105.5.

After 48 years it has been a difficult decision to make but it's the right one for me. I no longer feel the party represents the values and principles that first inspired me to join. I feel the older community is being disregarded. And the country is being recognised as a Country of Benefits - not developing work, job opportrunities and supporting businesses to be sustainable and grow.
