Opportunities for young people.

We provide opportunities for young people to grow in confidence and capability, using radio as a creative space where they can discover what they’re good at and build on it.

Through hands‑on experience both on‑air and behind the scenes, they develop a wide range of transferable skills—from communication and teamwork to problem‑solving, planning, and technical awareness.

Working with individual interests and abilities, ensuring each young person feels supported, challenged at the right level, and able to progress at their own pace. This approach not only strengthens their personal development but also helps them recognise their potential and feel proud of what they can achieve.
